As a part of our series about stars who are making an important social impact, I had the pleasure of interviewing Juliana Morehouse.

Although Juliana serves as Miss Maine USA, her family has a rich history in the Carolinas with her mom being a former Miss North Carolina USA. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theological Studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Juliana previously graduated with a BA in Communication from the College of Charleston as a Dean’s- and President’s-List student as well as being inducted into the national communication honor society Lambda Pi Eta. As a philanthropist, Juliana serves as a community educator with the Alzheimer’s Association providing presentations across Maine on the disease and how to prevent it.
